Policies & Support

Terms of Use, User Agreement (with the No-Refund Policy) and Privacy Policy of ERPZEN. Version 2026-10-11, effective 11 October 2026.

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use explain the rules for using the ERPZEN website, its content and its community. Together with the User Agreement (which includes the No-Refund Policy) and the Privacy Policy they make up the legally binding agreement between you and ERPZEN ("ERPZEN", "we", "us"), an online learning platform operated from India, and are called "these Terms" below. By creating an account, using the website or paying for anything, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to all three documents. If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not use the website.

1. Who can use ERPZEN

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or use ERPZEN under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms for you.
  • You must give true, current and complete information when you register, and keep it up to date.
  • Your account is personal to you. You must not share your login, sell, transfer or lend your account, or let anyone else use it. You are fully responsible for everything done through your account.

2. What ERPZEN provides

  • ERPZEN offers educational content about Oracle Fusion Finance and related topics: video courses, tutorials, notes, quizzes, assignments, certificates, mock interview practice, community features and paid services.
  • The content is for general learning only. It is not professional, legal, tax, accounting or employment advice and is not a substitute for official Oracle documentation or training.
  • ERPZEN is an independent platform. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Oracle Corporation. "Oracle" and "Oracle Fusion" are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe the subject taught.
  • We may add, change, suspend or remove any course, lecture, feature, service or price at any time, with or without notice. Software versions, screens and processes change over time and some content may become out of date.

3. Your licence, and what you must not do

  • Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view the courses and materials you have paid for, for your own learning, on your own devices.
  • All videos, notes, slides, documents, questions, answers, certificates, logos, designs and software on ERPZEN belong to ERPZEN or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.
  • You must not record, screen-capture, download, copy, photograph, reproduce, distribute, share, publish, resell, translate or build on any content, or try to remove watermarks or bypass the viewing protections. Notes and documents are view-only and carry protections and your identity as a deterrent. Attempting to defeat them is a serious breach.
  • You must not use bots, scrapers or automated tools; probe, test or attack the website; interfere with other users; or use ERPZEN for anything unlawful.
  • You must not use ERPZEN content or the ERPZEN name to train artificial intelligence systems, run a competing course or service, or advertise.

4. Community, Study Groups, chat and Q&A

  • You are responsible for everything you post or send. Be respectful. Do not harass, abuse, threaten, impersonate or discriminate against anyone, and do not post anything unlawful, obscene, misleading, infringing or harmful.
  • To keep conversations safe and inside the platform, you must not share personal contact details (phone numbers in any form, email addresses, home addresses), social-media or messaging names, handles or links (for example Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter), or ask anyone to follow, add, message or contact you outside ERPZEN. The website blocks such messages automatically. Repeated attempts, or tricks to get around the blocks, may lead to a temporary or permanent ban.
  • Study Groups are for learning only. Group owners and admins can add and remove members and delete messages in their group. ERPZEN may read, remove or restrict any content, group or account at any time to enforce these Terms, to keep users safe or to comply with law, and may keep a record of blocked attempts.
  • By posting, you give ERPZEN a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, moderate and use your posts for running and improving the platform. You confirm that you have the right to post what you post.
  • ERPZEN does not check and is not responsible for what users say or share, including files and links, and is not responsible for any dealings between users.

5. AI features

The chat assistant, Mock Interview Practice and any other AI feature produce automatic answers, questions, scores and feedback that may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. They are practice aids only. Do not rely on them for decisions, and do not enter passwords, financial information or other sensitive details. Text you enter (and resume or notes you choose to add for a mock interview) is sent to our AI provider to generate a response. Scores and feedback are not a prediction of any interview, job or exam result.

6. No guarantee of results

Learning outcomes depend on your own effort, background and circumstances. We do not promise, and you must not assume, that using ERPZEN will get you a job, an interview, a promotion, a salary increase, a project or an Oracle certification. Any testimonials or examples are individual cases and are not guarantees.

7. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ERPZEN and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted or error-free service, or that the website will be free of bugs, viruses or security breaches. We rely on third-party services (such as hosting, payments, video, email and AI providers) and are not responsible for their failures, outages or actions. Planned and unplanned downtime can happen.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ERPZEN, its owner, team, instructors and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profit, income, job or business opportunity, data, goodwill or reputation, arising from your use of, or inability to use, ERPZEN, even if we were told it could happen. Our total liability to you for any claim of any kind is limited to the amount you actually paid to ERPZEN for the specific course or service that the claim relates to. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms, the No-Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy from time to time. The version number and date at the top show the latest version. Changes apply from the date they are posted. If you keep using ERPZEN after a change, you accept the new version, and for material changes we may ask you to accept again.

10. General

  • Entire agreement: the Terms of Use, the User Agreement (including the No-Refund Policy) and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and ERPZEN about ERPZEN.
  • If a part is invalid, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your rights; we may transfer ours.
  • Events beyond our control (for example outages, network or power failure, third-party failure, government action, natural events) excuse delay or failure to perform.
  • Electronic records: you agree that your acceptance of these Terms, recorded with date, time and technical details such as your IP address and device information, is valid evidence of your agreement.
  • Notices: we may send notices to the email on your account or post them on the website.

User Agreement

This User Agreement sets out the commercial terms between you and ERPZEN: payments, the No-Refund Policy, quizzes and certificates, suspension, liability for claims and how disputes are settled. It forms part of these Terms together with the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. By creating an account or paying for anything you agree to it.

1. Payments

  • Prices are shown in Indian rupees. Payments are processed by Razorpay and its banking partners. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
  • You are responsible for any bank, gateway or currency-conversion charges and for the accuracy of the payment details you enter.
  • Access to digital content starts immediately after your payment is confirmed. You buy a licence to learn from the content; you do not buy the content itself.
  • All payments are final and non-refundable, as set out in the No-Refund Policy in section 2 of this User Agreement.
  • Gift cards: ERPZEN gift cards (sold by ERPZEN or by approved partners) add credit to your ERPZEN account when you enter the card ID and password. The gift card balance can be used only to buy courses and services on ERPZEN. It has no cash value and cannot be refunded, withdrawn, transferred between accounts or exchanged, and it may expire as shown on the card. Treat the card ID and password like cash: ERPZEN is not responsible for cards that are lost, stolen, shared or redeemed by someone else, and cannot replace them. Cards bought from anyone other than ERPZEN or its approved partners may be cancelled. We may cancel cards and reverse credit obtained through fraud, error or misuse, and suspend the account involved. Wrong guesses are limited, and a card is locked after repeated wrong attempts.

2. No-Refund Policy

ALL PURCHASES ON ERPZEN ARE FINAL. ERPZEN DOES NOT GIVE REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES OR CREDITS. By paying, you accept this policy.

1. Why

Everything on ERPZEN is digital. The moment your payment is confirmed you get immediate access to the course, service or material, and it cannot be taken back or "returned". You can read the course description, syllabus, instructor and details on the course page before you pay, and you accept that you have done so. Please make sure a course suits you before you buy it.

2. What is not refundable
  • Courses, bundles, tutorials, notes, certificates, mock interview sessions, resume services, HR contact access, instance/POD access and every other paid item or service.
  • A change of mind, buying by mistake, finding the course too easy or too hard, not liking the style, language or pace, or finding similar content elsewhere.
  • Not having time to watch or complete a course, not finishing it, or the access period (where a service has one) expiring.
  • Problems with your own device, internet connection, browser, email, bank or Oracle access, or not having the software or environment needed to practise.
  • Not getting a job, an interview, a certification result or any other outcome you hoped for.
  • Content updates, changes, removals, or a course being edited or retired later.
  • A suspended, restricted or closed account because of a breach of the Terms, including sharing access, recording or copying content, or misuse of the community.
  • Any request made after the payment was successful, whether made a minute, a day or a year later.
3. The only limited exceptions

We will review (and, if confirmed, correct) only these two situations, and only if you report them in writing within 7 days of the payment:

  • Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same item. We will return the extra payment(s), not the first one.
  • Paid but no access: your payment was debited and confirmed by Razorpay, but the item was not made available to you, and we were unable to fix this within 7 working days of your report with the payment ID. We may grant the access or, at our choice, refund that payment.

These exceptions exist only to fix our or the payment system's technical errors. They never apply to the reasons listed in section 2. We decide whether an exception applies, after checking records from our systems, Razorpay and your bank.

4. How to report one of the two exceptions

Email erpzen@yahoo.com from the address on your account with the subject "Payment issue", your Razorpay payment ID and a screenshot. We reply within 2 working days. Approved returns go back to the original payment method through Razorpay and usually reach you in 7 to 10 working days; your bank sets the final timing.

5. Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact us first. If you raise a chargeback or payment dispute for a purchase that this policy does not allow to be refunded, you agree that we may immediately suspend your account and access, may give your bank and Razorpay our records as evidence (including your acceptance of these terms with date, time and IP address, your course access and usage logs), and may recover the disputed amount and related charges from you. Disputes made in bad faith may also be reported to the relevant authorities.

6. Prices and offers

Prices and discounts can change at any time. If a price drops or an offer appears after you have paid, there is no refund, credit or price adjustment.

3. Quizzes, assignments and certificates

  • We decide how quizzes, assignments and certificates work, including pass marks, attempts, deadlines, marking and the conditions for a certificate. Our marking decisions are final.
  • An ERPZEN certificate confirms completion of an ERPZEN course only. It is not a degree, a licence or an Oracle certification, and it does not guarantee any job or career outcome.
  • We may refuse, withhold or revoke a certificate if there is cheating, sharing of answers, misuse of an account or any breach of these Terms.

4. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict or end your account and your access to some or all content at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have broken these Terms or the law, shared your account, tried to copy or record content, abused other users or attempted fraud, including a payment dispute raised in bad faith. If this happens, no fees are refundable. You may stop using ERPZEN at any time; closing your account does not entitle you to a refund. Sections that by their nature should continue (including payment, ownership, refunds, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and disputes) continue after termination.

5. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold ERPZEN, its owner, team and partners harmless from any claim, loss, damage, penalty or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, your misuse of ERPZEN content or accounts, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

6. Governing law, disputes and jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • First, talk to us. Before starting any legal proceeding, you must send us a written notice describing the problem and what you want, at erpzen@yahoo.com, and give us 30 days to resolve it.
  • Any dispute that is not resolved in that time will be finally settled by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement (or, failing agreement, by the courts as the Act provides). The seat and venue of arbitration is Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and the language is English.
  • Subject to the above, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
  • You agree to bring claims only on your own behalf and not as part of any class or representative action, to the extent the law allows.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how ERPZEN collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data, in line with Indian law including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. By registering or using ERPZEN you consent to what is described here.

1. What we collect

  • Account details: your name, username, email, optional mobile number and, if you use Google sign-in, the basic profile Google shares with us. Your password is stored securely (hashed) by our account provider; we never see it.
  • Learning activity: courses bought, lecture progress, notes, bookmarks, wishlist, reviews, quiz attempts and scores, assignments and files you submit, certificates, mock interview sessions and the answers you choose to save.
  • Community content: forum posts, questions, answers, Study Group messages, reactions, GIF choices, and files and pictures you send in groups, plus group membership and roles.
  • Gift cards: the gift cards you redeem, your gift card balance and what you spend it on.
  • Payment records: order and payment IDs, amount, date and status. Card, UPI and bank details go to Razorpay and never reach our servers.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser details, and security logs (for example when you accepted the Terms, blocked-message attempts, and unusual activity), used to run, secure and protect the service.
  • What you send to AI features: the questions and answers you type, and any resume, company, role, notes or job description text you add for a mock interview.
  • Instructor applications: your employer, job title, work email, resume and, only if we ask, an experience letter or payslips (you may hide salary amounts and account numbers). They are kept in private storage, opened only by our review team (each opening is logged), used only to check your work experience, and deleted automatically 30 days after we decide on your application.

2. Why we use it

To create and run your account; deliver courses, quizzes, assignments, certificates and services; process payments and keep records; provide support; run the community and keep it safe; detect fraud, misuse, copying and recording; send service messages (such as sign-in codes, receipts and, where you have not turned them off, notifications and emails about group messages); improve the website; and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Who else handles your data (service providers)

We use trusted providers who process data for us, including Supabase (database, sign-in and storage), Vercel (hosting), Razorpay (payments), Google (Gemini AI, Google sign-in, YouTube video playback), Bunny.net (video), GIPHY (GIF search, through our server), and an email-sending service for notifications. These providers may store or process data on servers outside India. By using ERPZEN you consent to such transfers. We may also share information when required by law, court order or a government authority, to enforce our terms or protect our rights, users or the public, or in a sale or restructuring of the business.

4. What other people can see

Your username, reviews, forum posts, Study Group messages and the files and pictures you share are visible to the people they are shared with, including group members and moderators. Your full email address and mobile number are never shown publicly. Anything you post in a group can be copied or forwarded by other members, so do not post anything you want to keep private.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active and afterwards for as long as needed for the purposes above, for legal, tax and accounting duties, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our terms. Payment, certificate and acceptance records may be kept for longer. We may keep anonymised information indefinitely.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections, access controls and private storage for uploaded files. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your password safe.

7. Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, update or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a complaint, by emailing erpzen@yahoo.com from your registered address. Some data must be kept for legal reasons. Withdrawing consent or deleting your account means we can no longer provide the service, and it does not create a right to any refund. You can turn off group email alerts inside each Study Group, and sound and desktop alerts on the Study Groups page.

8. Cookies and similar technology

We store your login session, theme choice and small preferences in your browser. We do not use them to sell advertising. To understand how the site is used, we count page visits using a random anonymous ID kept in your browser, together with the page visited, the website you came from and your device type (phone, tablet or computer). We do not store your IP address for this. If you are signed in, your visits are linked to your account so that we can help you and understand how students use the platform; if you are not signed in, the visit stays anonymous and we cannot tell who you are. You can switch it off with your browser's "Do Not Track" setting.

Your data rights. In My Account you can download a copy of the data we hold about you, and you can ask us to delete your account. We complete deletion requests within 30 days. When we delete an account we remove your personal details, messages, notes and progress and close the account. We keep invoices and payment records for as long as tax law requires, and issued certificates so they can still be verified; these are no longer linked to a sign-in. Payment card details are never stored by us: Razorpay handles them. Refunds: when we refund a payment, the course access or service order ends and the invoice is cancelled.

Language translation. If you choose a language other than English, the text of the page you are viewing is sent to Google Translate so it can be translated in your browser, and a cookie remembers your choice. Nothing is sent to Google unless you choose a language. Translations are automatic and may not be perfect: the English text of these Terms and policies is the official version.

9. Children

ERPZEN is meant for adults. If you are under 18, use it only with a parent or guardian's consent and supervision. We do not knowingly collect data from children without such consent.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the version and date at the top show the latest one.

Instructor Agreement (version 2026-10-12)

This agreement is between ERPZEN and a person who has been approved to teach on ERPZEN (the “Instructor”). By ticking the box on the Become a teacher page, the Instructor accepts it. ERPZEN keeps a record of the date and the version accepted.

1. Approval and quality

Every course is reviewed by ERPZEN before students can see it. ERPZEN may ask for changes, decline a course, or take a course down if it is inaccurate, misleading, copied, unsafe or of poor quality. The Instructor must teach only what they have the right and the skill to teach.

2. Ownership and permission

The Instructor owns the courses they create. They must not upload anything that belongs to someone else (videos, slides, screenshots, company data or confidential client information, including real data from an employer). The Instructor gives ERPZEN a non-exclusive licence to host, show, promote and sell the course on ERPZEN for as long as it is listed, and to show short extracts to promote it.

3. Money

For each paid sale of the Instructor’s course, the Instructor receives 60% and ERPZEN keeps 40% of the amount the student actually paid, before payment-gateway charges and any taxes. Gift card and coupon amounts are not counted as money received. Earnings are paid manually by ERPZEN by bank transfer or UPI and recorded in the Instructor’s statement. If a payment is refunded or cancelled, that sale no longer counts, and ERPZEN may deduct it from later earnings if it was already paid out. The Instructor is responsible for their own taxes.

4. Conduct

The Instructor must not put phone numbers, email addresses or social links in course descriptions, take students away from ERPZEN to sell them directly, harass students, or collect students’ personal data for any other purpose. Student information the Instructor sees is private and may only be used to teach and support that student.

5. Ending

Either side may end this agreement by writing to the other. ERPZEN may suspend an Instructor straight away for serious breaches. Students who already bought a course keep access to it.

6. Changes

If this agreement changes, a new version number is published here and the Instructor is asked to accept it again before publishing new courses.

This is a plain-language agreement written for ERPZEN. It is not legal advice.
