Upload the file as it is. Word and Excel files are shown exactly as you made them (fonts, colours, layout, headers, merged cells, and the whole sheet out to column XFD). PDFs stay untouched. PowerPoint, images, text and code become read-only pages. In the library each note keeps its own name and icon. Students can view notes but never download them, and every viewing carries a private code. (Videos go to YouTube as Unlisted; programs and archives cannot be shown.)
